Measurement of Electrical Properties of Cleanroom Gloves

This paper outlines the different methods used to characterize the electrical properties of cleanroom gloves used in electrostatic discharge-protected areas. A review of the currently used test methods and specifications will be covered, along with a discussion of the many problems and pitfalls associated with interpretation and application of those test methods and standards.
